telesom in zavestnim delom mo\u017eganov.<\/p>\n<p>Klju\u010dni del mojih obravnav je razumevanje in dodajanje telesnega vidika v pristop, ki ob primernem vlo\u017eku \u010dasa ter pozornosti omogo\u010di zmanj\u0161anje in odpravo vzrokov za nastanek kroni\u010dnih bole\u010din.<\/p>\n<p>Stranke lahko zaradi postopnega bolj\u0161ega \u010dutenja telesa in ni\u017eje SMA uporabljajo ob\u010dutke lastnega telesa kot kompas ter indikator, ki jih usmerja proti iskanju bolj kreativnih in u\u010dinkovitih re\u0161itev. Odlo\u010dneje se lahko soo\u010dijo z izzivi, ki jih prej niso znali, smeli ali upali re\u0161iti.<\/p>\n<p>Skozi izvajanje AEQ vaj in dihalnih protokolov stranke u\u010dim usmerjanja zavestne pozornosti v to kar po\u010dnejo s telesom. Ker bolje razumejo kaj \u017eelijo dose\u010di, lahko potem la\u017eje definirajo ali so realizirali \u017eeleno. To s \u010dasom uspejo vedno bolj prenesti tudi v vsakdanje \u017eivljenje. Tam postajajo bolj pozorni na to kako ljudje s katerimi pre\u017eivijo najve\u010d \u010dasa vplivajo na njih in kako se na te dra\u017eljaje odzivajo. La\u017eje dolo\u010dijo, ali jim te odzivi koristijo ali \u0161kodujejo.<\/p>\n<p>Postopno lahko precej izbolj\u0161ajo razmerje med problemi, ki jih znajo urediti v primerjavi s tistimi katere ustvarijo. Ta u\u010dinkovitost se odra\u017ea tako na ravni odnosov, kot tudi v pristopu do izra\u017eanja, gibanja in ravnanja z lastnim telesom, nenazadnje pa tudi v slu\u017ebenem okolju.<\/p>\n<p>Moj cilj je, da na stranko predam svoje znanje in izku\u0161nje, da bi ta dovolj zni\u017eala lo\u010denost zavestnega dela mo\u017eganov od telesa (SMA) in dvignila \u010dustveno zrelost do te mere, da bi lahko vedno bolj pomagala sama sebi. S tem bi bila manj nemo\u010dna in odvisna od zunanjih re\u0161iteljev, kateri posku\u0161ajo re\u0161evati njene probleme.<\/p>\n<p>To stranki omogo\u010di, da uvede druga\u010dna, primerna in potrebna dejanja s katerimi prese\u017ee in po\u010dasi spremeni trenutno neu\u010dinkovite vzorce, ki ji povzro\u010dajo kroni\u010dna stanja. Rezultat u\u010dinkovitej\u0161ega delovanja stranke so bolj urejeni odnosi, kjer je lahko pristna in avtenti\u010dna, brez strahu pred posledicami.
