Mi\u0161ice najprej prek izvajanja gibov napenjamo in to napetost ob\u010dutimo, nato pa jih zavestno spro\u0161\u010damo in dalj\u0161amo. Na ta na\u010din v zavesti gradimo novo nevronsko mre\u017eo, ki izbolj\u0161uje u\u010dinkovitost gibanja in povezavo mo\u017egani-mi\u0161ice.<\/p>\n<p>Zaradi vedno bolj\u0161ega nadzora nad napenjanjem in spro\u0161\u010danjem mi\u0161ic, se lahko u\u010dinkoviteje gibamo ter dihamo globlje in bolj umirjeno. S \u010dasom, ko gibe in pravilnej\u0161e dihanje zavestno vse bolj obvladamo, na novo priu\u010dene vzorce prenesemo tudi v podzavestne strukture mo\u017eganov, kjer se dokon\u010dno integrirajo.<\/p>\n<p>Telo \u010digar mi\u0161ice so se sposobne sprostiti in podalj\u0161ati ne boli. Je spo\u010dito, napolnjeno z energijo in pripravljeno na soo\u010danje z \u017eivljenjskimi izzivi. La\u017eje zaznava in ob\u010duti kaj se okoli njega dogaja ter kako se skladno s tem odzvati. Tako postajamo vedno bolj\u0161i aktivni opazovalci, re\u017eiserji in kreatorji svojega \u017eivljenja, vedno manj pa \u017ertve neu\u010dinkovitega podzavestnega avtomatizma.
